This crashed every single time !!!!! Cannot even register as the service is currently unavailable ??? are you serious? How come there is no access to the account on the web - one of the worse card ever. And as you cannot access them they send you leters and threat to take you to court and you have bad credit score as you are not able to pay !!!!

The version downloaded 2 days ago was flickering the balance and crashed. Checked in today to give a -1 star, but noticed the Update botton. So far so good. Gave 4 stars. For now. Update 8-Jun-21. Tried to use it this morning and got a black screen with the message "credit card. This device is not supported." Tried poweroff/on, reinstall. The same. Last update on Play shows April. What's going on?

Amusingly awful app run by a catastrophically inept company. I have two Jaja accounts and they are both rubbish. I called customer service twice today (plus numerous calls over the past months) and I still can't log in. I can't be bothered anymore so I'll probably drop the account. If Dido Harding ran a credit card company it would probably look something like this.

The old app was just fine, this new app I have tried quite a few times to enter my pass code and it will not accept it. I go to create a new one and it takes the first new code but always says error when entering the second code. This isn't bad typing as just as a test I tried a very simple code and it still rejected it. Please fix this very broken app ASAP.

Had to wait for installation, as I was no longer able to use the old version. Passcode is not the same as the old app, so I had to reset it immediately. Since installing, I have tried multiple times to reset, but each time the app says my attempts do not match - and they definitely do.

This app is now working, although I have had to ring the call center twice over 2 months to remove the £12.00 "late payment fee" I was wrongly charged. Luckily I record my phone calls & could provide evidence that I was told the fee would be removed a month earlier. Hopefully everything can continue as it was before the switch to "jaja finance" and no more erroneous "fees" are implemented. 3 stars so far, more to follow if there are no more issues. Thank you dev's.

Terrible is the word to describe this app. Never had a problem with AA MasterCard through B.O.I, but can't even register now it is with JAJA. Finally got to speak to someone this morning after weeks of trying. Paid off the balance & closed the account, I suspect many other customers will be doing the same. This fiasco is damaging the AA brand name.

Absolute joke of an app you can't log in even on the website when I phoned up they told me the app was down but that was over a week ago and still can't log on, I did not have any issue when it was bank of Ireland...sort it out!

Installed at launch to check balance while waiting for a refund. App crashes as soon as open. Update 1 seems to have resolved login issue. Update 2: changed back to poor review as apparently the app isn't updating balance. Waiting on a refund so been checking balance refund not showing called as concerned and apparently refund has been received and is on my balance at their end but app still showing balance minus refund. Balance still woefully out of date. Useless worst financial app I have used

This system you have brought in is a load of rubbish, can't register can't access my account can't get customer service it took 38 consecutive. Calls before I got a member of staff still when I put in my details it comes back and tells me my input does not match their records. Are they working out of a shed somewhere. Beginning to think this company are cowboys, do not appear to be very professional bad move with this lot AA.
