I am rating the Insurance company rather than rating the app itself because the app works just fine. It is the worst Insurance company by far. Approval for some treatments and medicines takes so long. A patient could die just waiting for the approval. Recently my 7 months baby needed a nebuliser and they said it would take up to 48 hrs to get approval because they use fax system. Who uses fax nowadays especially for urgent stuff such as medicines!!!!???? Very disappointed 😤😤😤

Very poor and imexperienced app. Always giving error and unrelated results if you guys dont know how to set up an app, please dont do it!. Because you lost custumers at all

I am trying to Log in my account, since i forgot my password, i use the forgot password. Put my eid and policy num and app is asking for security question which i input my correct answer cause i have it in my email. But the app wont make a space between two words and its making my answer wrong. I did uninstall and install it again but still problem persist.

The app won't respond if we try to see the network list . No point installing this app.***Update*** there is nothing much to send an email , just try to do search for hospital and will will the app is not responding.

Frustrated. I received a link to renew the maids policy. Once logged there is no indication place or button to renew. On the phone the machine directs to the app. The app is difficult to use.

Adding 2nd star as I was able to log in yesterday, but let's see next time. Every time it asks me to upgrade, then i click and there is nothing to upgrade. I have now disinstalled the app and reinstalled and again does not open as it wants an upgrade!

Is there any minus value? While sign up, account details to enter date of birth - month and year by scrolling 48x12=576 times one by one. It's required 9 minutes time. Hope the app developer or the approved person is not the right people for this purpose.

Frustrating ... Cannot register, always saying no policy for the given details. What does this app want? That's exactly why I am registering because I don't have an account there. So FRUSTRATING

It is normal app. Sometimes unable to enter. Moreover, the app not allowed to upload the full documents to reimburse the claim which of course will be rejected by insurance and delay the payments.

Worse app I've ever dealt with. Sooooo bad that you don't want to claim your bills anymore. Very frustrating and keeps rejecting everything
