The quality of the picture is great. However the lack of options to pause live TV, which you can on other online terrestrial TV services, is something you should implement. Also the ability to see the whole days schedule, not just the now and next programme, would improve the service as well. An option to increase the screen size if watching on a phone or tablet would also be a welcome addition. I hope my recommendations are received in the good intentions they're sent.

Ridiculous that you can't download programs over mobile data Get up to speed app developers!!! ITV hub and NOW TV are the only 2 major streaming platforms that do not allow this feature How inconvenient for the millions of people who connect to internet via their phone only Severe and constant buffering when compared to other apps If you accidentally touch the screen while an ad is playing,you immediately get taken to more info about the ad. What a waste of time!

Far too many adverts. If you are trying to find a short clip in a lonh programme then don't bother. You need to watch every advert break and then some more. There are so many adverts that you invariably click the wrong point and can't click a new one untill all the adverts have finished. Why do I have to watch 15 minutes of adverts for just 30 seconds of program?

To skip to one part of a program you have to watch all full length ads, so if you really to watch 30 seconds towards the end of a2 hour program, you have to watch about 10 minutes of ads from 5 or 6 ad breaks. It's also hard to find the relevant timing.

Compared to All4 this falls short by far. 1. No time on Ads so you don't know when they will ever end... very frustrating...maybe check out you tube or All4 2. Can't skip any Ads again, why should I watch 20mins of Ads for a 40mins programme? Other streaming platforms allows you to skip once Ads once you have watch several Ads 3. Paid for version to stop the Ads!!! As there isn't enough Paid for TV, another reason not to watch ITV. If you miss it on live TV, the annoyance of ITV hub awaits you

If you like ads you'll love itv hub. Utterly ridiculous how many. I missed the last 10 mins of a show on itv so tried to catch up on itv hub! It's certainly not a catch up player, I had to endure adverts at the beginning, then to fast forward to the last 10 mins had to endure another long set of ads. I'd gone forward too much so rewound 2 mins and had to watch another 4+ minutes of adverts! To catchup the last 10 mins of the show took me over 30 mins! Ridiculous!

Useless app. Not possible to scroll though a programme without it stopping for ads. After which the time line has scrolled through to the end of the programme. Try to rewind to the point in the programme you want and, yes you've guessed it MORE BLOODY ADVERTS. How lame is that????

This app is absolutely fine, mostly, but my only frustration is, sometimes when I switch from TV to mobile when resuming watch, or just watch on either the TV or the mobile app, the freakin adverts come on in big groups lasting seemingly ages man, that is soo annoying when all I wanna do is carry on watching. I know other UK apps have adverts, but they just don't seem to last as long as they do here ❗

Rubbish - very glitchy on Chromecast and the only way around it is to start again and watch another avalanche of adverts. Good money spinner no doubt. If you pause and play, it loses the sound, resuming from where you left off takes forever to load. Very disappointing.

Shockingly bad. I'm sure there is more time for adverts the program itself, and on my TV, and xbox, it suffers from the same issues, constant crashing after just watching an age of adverts and won't let me play from where I last watched, worst TV app by far.
