SIGMA LINK enables you to download your trip data and transfer settings to your bike computer with your mobile phone. With the models BC 14.16, BC 16.16, and BC 23.16 this works by using the NFC antenna. NFC is an international standard for wireless communication between devices on very short distances. Just put your compatible smartphone close to your BC to transfer the data. The ROX GPS 11.0 connects to the App via Bluetooth Smart. With the connection of ROX and SIGMA LINK you can: - have a look at your tracks - share your activities in Strava, TrainingPeaks, 2 Peak - see incoming calls on your smartphone screen during the training (smart notifications) - download tracks from GPSIES and transfer it to ROX GPS 11.0 The direct communication with NFC and Bluetooth only applies to the bike computer models named above. Problem synchronising, I have really problem synchronising my activity to Strata, I can upload the activity to my phone from my Rox 11 but the problem stars when I want to upload it to my Strata account, I wrote an email to Sigma they told me I should do factory reset which I did and lost my last two activities , it worked for two days but topped working agin , from the reviews I can see I am not the only one with this problem, Sigma suggested I should send my device to them with repair cost

Embarrassingly bad software. Crashes upon connection with id.free smart watch which in itself is an abomination and will be returned asap. And no, I'll not get in touch with your support team to try to fix the issues. You guys should release products that work not making customers pay to be your beta (alpha) testers.

The usability of this app is really miserable. Recent update even hides Android status bar and navigation buttons 🤦 Take a look and inspiration from any of the modern sport tracker apps.

NFC not working, when I try to download daily stats sometimes dowload emty stats, sometimes error apear.

Freezes when trying to select Wired Tacho 100% Fail with Sony Xperia (Android 10), Huawei Tablet (Android 9, play services but no NFC). Only on a Oneplus (Android 10) does it not freeze when trying to first select your wired Tacho to sync (freeze, scroll down not possible). No such issues with Xoss G+ software... please fix (European job provider).
