Horrible service!!!!!!They are delivery service and don't do all the deliveries depending on the restorant some of them are managed by the restorant itself which means they come at different times if you order at more than one restorant. They never come to your door and you have to go get it. DELETE THE APP.

I just ordered food (from Burger King and it was quite an order) and after a while, we were questioning why the order wasn't here. I open my phone to check and the message "Your order was delivered and has been recieved" ("Porosia juaj eshte derguar") popped on my screen. I have no words. Poor service. No wonder all these new food service apps are being released out of nowhere.

Frustrating. There is something I hat at least works decently in Albania? It looks like here all the apps are broken, services are terrible... Anything works. I have spent more than 1 hour adding my address and is impossible. The option to use the current location shows a different street in a different part of the city. That GPS is working correctly with other non Albanian Apps. A nightmare!!!!!

You took out closing time for restaurants which was very important. You took out "order again" so now I have to search for things. Your app doesn't allow to see menus most of the time. Your latest update is a joke. You also claim that delivery payment is optional, but it's not. You also claim delivery payment is for the driver but none of the drivers ever get the money we pay as a "tip" to them. Do better, stop lying and get this app back on track.

Ran by the same people who run BuyToAmerica, a re-shipping company that steals packages and even when they dont they will just lie to you. Not much of a surprise that this application is a joke. Drivers accepting orders when they are miles away delivering another order so your food comes 50 mins after its cooked. The only reason this app ever became a thing is because of covid, luckily there are now plenty of better alternatives which im not going to name.

The app isn't great at all. It couldn't get my location. I tried several times but it still couldn't get it. Then I tried to report this but there was no option to do this. Please fix this.

The part that I dont like is the fact that you have given some "gifts" and 80% are on the restaurants that are already closed. Where it is suppossed to use that coupon?? If you fix this, I will give a higher feedback.
