App went haywire when upgrading firmware. The app is so hard to connect to the machine. The coffee maker machine is working well but it takes so long to connect to phone app now.

I so wanted this to work 😥 we have been trying to sign in to create an account since Christmas day. I have had messages back and forth and still no joy. After a month I think it's time to say this is never going to work. Extremely disappointed in app and support centre. I was informed 2 weeks ago they were just waiting for the update to go live. All I would like is a kettle that I can use, I don't think this is to much to ask for.

Utter rubbish. I have finally had enough of this bloody kettle. Will not be buying any further products from this company. Can't access app and has been like it for nearly 2 months support are saying they are trying to fix but personally I feel if you haven't got the latest version of their product they don't care. Avoid!

i being using this all the time and had no issues , but i just got new phone and i cannot sign in, i thought i may forgot password so i asked for reminder password nothing come so i try creat new account with new email nothing's just error coming out , this is some issues with server connection hope they will fix it this is only app it works with my ikettle 2.0

What a waste of money, can't upgrade the kettle as the upgrade doesn't work. A smart kettle that's useless. Even their Fridgecam doesn't work unless you keep your router inside your fridge. I will never buy anything from this company again. They should consider a name change from smarter to dumber useless products.

phoned 3 times to be told they are waiting for play store to allow the bug fixes in the next 48 hours and here I am 3 weeks later still not able to connect to my kettle .total waste of money buying a smart kettle that's not really that smart. and cant claim money back from eBay as the kettle it's self is "not faulty" total rip off. if I could have given 0 stars I would have.

This app worked well for a year on my Gen 1 coffee machine, but would not open earlier today. I contacted support team for help, however there is a bug within the app which will be resolved soon. Good customer service from Smarter Support.

i have kettle and coffee machine which only work with this app. it worked and it done what it promised. around December 2018 the log in feature has stopped working . (error authenticating). recent app update and logs in and all works ! great !

now unable to connect. since i changed phone and downloaded the app on the new device, it requires me setting up an account but produces an error when I sign up or doesn't recognise any details when asking to recall a lost password as a way to retrieve account details

Unable to login to the app from an Android phone. An expensive kettle that cannot use the "smart" features. Do not buy a smarter kettle!!!
