Could not place an order as a guest and couldn't register because of a problem in sending me the OTP for mobile number verification..then I called the customer care no.and they couldn't solve the issue but just received my order via phone

I love OF (the restaurant) but the app needs alot of work. UI/UX needs alot of work. super buggy app, today it took me 30 min to make order. because the buttons weren't appearing. so i had to close and start it again and again. too many issues with the app to describe here. I sometimes end up ordering from zomato. only reason I come back is because of the points. additionally I cant get loyalty points if I order via phone. loyal customer
