most painful app I've ever dealt with, been trying to connect to someone for 3h straight now. Got connected once to an agent who instantly hung up on me. Am still trying right now, about to get an aneurysm.

Worst ID verification I did so far and I did a lot. It took nearly 20 minutes to complete it and I was genuinely surprised, that I wasn't forced to put my finger in my nose and wiggle with my left toe at the same time. The requirements are rediculous. I even had to use both hands to perform a task while holding the phone at the same time...

The waiting time was very long (30 minutes) but the service was good. The women guided me kind through the whole process. Also very good that it was in my language (german).

Very quick verification. Within 30 seconds I was connected to an agent and the verification itself took about two minutes. The agent did have an accent though which made the process a bit more difficult for me.
