Needs these features; A back button to switch between previous channels. Picture in picture so I can return to my home screen while continuing video in a small player like YouTube does. Simple, basic updates that would improve the user experience. I'm almost done with Foxtel. Too many ads, not enough HD channels, too many other services available. Lift your game - it's not 2004.

I'm not sure why this app has so many bad reviews because it's a great streaming service. It works very well for me & it never crashes or anything. It has loads of movies & shows & it even tells you when they leave the app, well atleast on computer it tells you but on my phone I don't think it does. I don't experience any glitches or issues at all & Foxtel GO is totally worth it in my opinion.

Constantly buffering. It's not our internet as other streaming services work fine. This is almost unwatchable. Have set video quality to low and still have this issue. If this isn't resolved soon foxtel will get the boot, very expensive for something so buggy.

Only downloaded the app because the internet browser is absolutely unbearable. Impossible to use, buffering constantly despite a stable and strong internet connection. Absolute waste of money, don't recommend unless you're looking to spend 2 hours watching an hour long episode. The absolute worst streaming service, despite being the most expensive at $25 a month. Absolute theivery, should be embarrassed.

Used to work on Chromebook and now wont load any videos be live or on demand. I use the Chromebook via HDMI cable as the only way to watch streaming apps on my TV. Waste of money compared to Netflixs, Amazon Prime and Disney + that work perfecly.

It's my turn now So it doesn't work on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One straight away all the time don't you understand English what year it is 2021 do I need to repeat that? God damn it I bloody wish I can rate it 0 stars because it's not working on one platform so I decide to be a very ungrateful customer that every single platform it's disgusting do not blank me out like that again on PS4 Xbox One my TV or my phone you guys are so selfish it's 2021 once again fix your problem I'm so angry!!!!

No casting options. Incredibly clunky UI. Not worth the time of day. Where is all the money going when you pay for Foxtel products? Certainly not into app development. Just another reason to drop Foxtel as a service. Not to mention, why are there so many ads before/during/after a video? Is this not a paid service?

So you can't even skip back or forward in a show. Seriously? It's press play it pause, that's it. Bad luck if you miss something. Review should be ZERO stars.

The app constantly locks rendering it a useless feature of my ( very expensive) Foxtel Subscription. Furthermore, the folks at Ft have accomplished the inspirational & taught the app a very human trait... how to pass the buck. It's not my network connection because it happens everywhere on different wifis & all devices. My friends complain about same. You'll also often see " an error has occurred "
The ADVISOR

I signed up for the trial and ended up with one of of my most traumatic tv experiences. The Foxtel app defaulted to Sky News where there was constant negativity. I wouldn't entice people to consume Sky News biased garbage if you want them to stick around for your expensive app. Sky is not and never will be legitimate in my book. If I want pro conservative views, I know where to go.
