As other reviews have mentioned the same problems below. I have installed and tried to sign up on multiple occasions. Keeps timing out and not signing in. Very very annoying when I need it for park maps, shows, tickets etc. I have uninstall and reinstall still doesn't work. Would think a big company with multiple Theme parks would have a reliable app. Especially seeing as its now where all the information for parks now is only available!!! 👎👎 fix the issue already!!

Worked well for me, especially easy to get your tickets scanned, and the fast pass virtual queue worked well every time. Couldn't complain at all.

It's great that your tickets are in one place but on all 4 of our family tickets it says there was a problem uploading the photos to check back later. Hope this gets fixed soon!

Village Roadshows took our families money during covid, closed the parks down for 4 months but did not give us an extension because we managed to visit once before it shut. About the app it only let's you book 1 fast pass spot at a time and won't let you book a second without the first expiring or being used. I compare this to the disney app which let's you book multiple fast pass rides during different times of the day. For what's it's worth I will be spending my money elsewhere this year.

Says wait time will show when I'm in the park. Been in the park for 4 hours and they still don't show. App is useful for entry but useless for everything else. Edit after VRTP reply: Not updating rv. All permissions were set to on when I first opened the app. I'm not a stupid. To top it off, when it finally worked today, the ride wait times screen showed wait times for rides that were closed! And a closed indicator for some rides that were open! FFS it's not rocket science!

Have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled many times. Cant sign up or it times up. Try to sign in with my email address (in case it has stored my login details), and it hangs. Request password reset and it hangs, and no email ever received.

App doesn't even show whether the pay virtual queue option or non pay virtual queue is available when you click on a ride.

really pushy about their other features. Only wanted to scan tickets for entry but had to sign up, choose preferences for parks I wasn't going to and put in all my details.
