Garbage app. For the last 5 or 6 hours I've received a notification every 10-15 minutes, telling me to check my inbox. Nothing there. It's now after midnight and another 2 notifications have woken me up. I've had to disable my notifications so it would go away. The app is up to date, there are no messages. Take things back to paper if you cant make a working app.

I can't upload evidence of job searches, the app just crashes every time since the update and even when I try to do it via a browser the same issue occurs. The job search aspect is laughable, you're better off just using indeed or seek and uploading screenshots as evidence well, if the stupid app would even let you do that.

The inability to go, 'this is my postcode, show me all available jobs within X radious' is laughable. Finding jobs by the current 'Locations' when one location can cover hundreds of km leaves me perplexed. Inability to exclude places to far to travel is also a problem. If the government doesn't want me to easily find a job, you're doing a good job of it.

Not only does this useless waste of memory space not allow me to log on for weeks before AND after the update, i keep getting the same notification telling me to report my attendance for my appointment that ive already attended and reported my attendance for, and im getting these harrasing notifications on a sunday as well. If i could give this app zero stars i would

The app only works over a wi-fi connection. On cellular data the app always comes up with the error message "Check your Internet connection and try again." And it is definitely the app and not my internet connection (heck all the other MyGov apps work perfectly fine and I can login on my mobile phone through the Jobactive site via browser with no problems). Until this is fixed, the mobile app is effectively useless.

Keeps sending notifications nonstop. The same thing over and over for the last 24hrs. At least 50 probably more. I signed in and checked everything but still sending the notification. Driving me crazy!

App has the tendency to crash every other time I use it. As has been stated in previous reviews, sometimes I get a blank screen and my phone just freezes. This issue has not been fixed, and to be honest the quality of the service is poor. You expect people to look for work with a broken app. Invest more in getting it fixed

Was going alright for the first week I had it, but now for the last fortnight haven't been able to get to the login stage, it just shows a blank white screen for a while and then a little message pops up that says an error has occurred and to try again later or go onto the mobile friendly website.

I keep getting a notification every minute to record my attendance. It's a sunday, there is nothing to attend...please fix this, it's driving me insane. I'm turning off notifications before I throw my phone across the house.

If people are having trouble logging in try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling if that didn't fix it try hitting were it says Not you, sign in here ... the app developers should be helping people but there not so here is my fix for it.
