Thank you 😊 [Your latest update (May 3, 2021) keeps crashing and is totally unusable. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help at all (and will have wiped out my custom places and journeys). Clearly the issue is not unique to me - please fix it with high priority!]

(EDITED) The new version seems to be working like a dream! No more text-enter problems as previously. I look forward to using this app to its fullest. Really appreciate the speedy responses to email to developer, glitch fixed by 3 days after. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, EMAIL INSTEAD OF LEAVING ABAD REVIEW .. YOU WILL GET RESULTS! There's a weird glitch when entering text (such as naming your favourite locations etc), the app will add strings of letters almost like it's got a severe stutter.

Why in blazes does this app require so many permissions? Microphone? Turn Wifi on and off? Run at startup? That's just three; there's a host more. This is a disease we see in far, FAR too many apps. EDIT: Thanks for getting back to me so quickly and in such detail. I have to admit I only ever used it as a trip planner; things like notifications and the various requirements for SmartRider users hadn't occurred to me.

Since recent update it won't operate at all on my personal or work phone. Can't log in to my profile, favourites appear but can't access, close the app then nothing comes up...

The app is good on its own but the new update where you can't check other people's account (because of the LINK update) I can't remember my email and password from year 7 sooo I can't check how much money I have!!!! And my sister can't check for me because it says that account is Linked!!! If you help me revive it I'll put 5! Okay?

app lately hasn't been showing where the bus is, it's either on the side of the road or not there at all, which is frustrating. the only thing I know how to use on it is the routes, the rest is confusing as all heck.

The system is much different than other states and countries. The Auto top up doesn't work as well as the incorrect amount is shown in the app. Lucky I had cash in my wallet to do a top up on the bus
