AGR-GPS App is de oplossing voor mesttransport in het kader van de AGR-GPS-verplichting bij burenregeling.  
Om beter te kunnen opvolgen hoeveel mest er vervoerd wordt naar gebieden met een slechte waterkwaliteit moeten aanbieders of afnemers van mest vanaf 1 augustus 2020 een AGR-GPS-app gebruiken als ze vloeibare dierlijke mest vervoeren met een burenregeling. De maatregel is een nieuwe maatregel uit MAP6.
