So I have a phone with 2 sim cards, yes it's 2021 already. One for work, one for home use. Constantly have to log in and out because you can only see usage of 1 account. Also, I shouldn't have to check my usages because I have unlimited data, which in my language appears to be something else then in Telenet's language. My phone is in English so I can't change the app language!? As a developer myself I would suggest you hire some new folks... Or a new manager?

I struggle with the labguage on the web page and its quite disappointing for me personally as im forced to download a translator to interprete every word. Also, pls why am i always referrwd to the webpage to register my mifi network?

If a customer needs a WiFi booster , one has to perform a WiFi test with the app, well it does not work! It gives constantly the following error: " Oops something went wrong. Please try again later" To check your data usage and some of the services is working fine. One star because I installed it with the only purpose to do a WiFi test. Happy to provide the developers with more information if needed.

Bad customer service, me and my gf (different appartments) had to pay installation cost while it should have been free, they made it free if we stayed with them, the installation of the modum was terrible and they ruined my gfs sockets next to it...

It's great that the app is now available in English! There are many English-speaking people living in Belgium. If Telenet would also send its messages in the app in English, would be even better.

Buggy. When installed, asks for my password. The language dropdown shows English, Dutch and French as an option. It defaulted to English in my case which is what i wanted. The app did not allow me to login while i did use correct login. Selected Dutch, and tried. Magically, logging in works. When logging again, but now again with English selected, login works, but the app ignores the language setting and jumps back to Dutch. I'm stuck in Dutch for now. So, buggy...

Everything is good. But why don't you have the app in English. All other providers have it in English. Plus if the language of my phone is English then the telenet app is by default in Dutch. Specially in Brussels there is a large expat community, it would be really nice to have the app in English as well.

Update: the app is updated, now it does what it is supposed to do. Thank you Telenet. (Old comment: Useless. Buying additional options, of course, works flawlessly. Checking your usage is an incredible pain in the ass, and isn't thay exactly what it promises to do and why 90% of users need the app in the first place??)
