    Before globul gave to its customers some free small mb packages from time to time. Now everything is payed. I do not think that the company will loose so much, but this is my opinion. Also if I buy one 20gb they will drop it on my pay date. Now I need it, but in 3 days is my pay date. This is so wrong. All about the money as always. I am not satisfied at all.

    Amazing app. You can see in real time how they steal all your accumulated internet data. 50GB, no less. They take away everything and they don't care. Customer support doesn't even apologize. They simply tell you: we changed our terms..we win, you lose. To top it off they did this at the start of the summer holidays. Apparently they want you to feel as miserable as possible. Not sure what they want to achieve with this policy. Telenor is the kind of company I'm happy to stay away from

    miserable... can't login, can't register... no error, just starts all over again.... I have more than 20 emails just trying to register/login... the web page also displays some error after login, and then nothing... utterly useless update: after email reply form "customer service", the problem was not solved, only an email: "please wait while we look into your problem" Highly unprofessional! The worst network I've ever had contact with

    The app says "log in OR register", then it asks for a MyTelenor web (?) password. Confusing and a waste of time. I just want to add credit to my own number, without jumping through hoops. This is 2021.

    Does not work at all!!! I have been trying for hours to log in so I can top up my data SIM card but no success... whether I use email with extra strong password AND validation via code, the app does not give any error - just restarts. The web page also displays some error after log in and I cannot proceed. WASTE OF TIME

    Well even after numerous updates you cannot view real time info in regards to your bill. Whenever you into he shop they try to swll you some new stuff well it's there job but this is why i want to pay through the app not really working since you can omly see you bill once it paid what a rip off

    Can't pay with the app. After clicking the "pay" button, an error occurs and it sends the payment to "history", where it sits trying to finish the loading process for an hour or two. I'm trying for two days, my outgoing calls have been blocked, so I'll just have to go to the Telenor office again. For the last year, I've payed three times through the app, because it has become almost impossible.

    Before I was allowed to log in I had to endure an useless process of identification - what is the purpose of me having to come up with a password that I will forget anyway if all it takes to identify me is current possession of the device? Then, before I was allowed to use the app, I had to refuse some adds. Considering that I am an already paying customer showing me a "Check our deals" screen with no obvious "No" button is really annoying. Good job marketing department.
