It's just useless. I have five (5) devices since I thought it may finally be what I was looking for. The features that have been announced to come a year ago are still not even in sight. The app is not working correctly anymore on several phones. I just gave up contacting the support after fixing devices by myself. The reason why I bought Sherlock devices was because I had a $5,000 bike stolen at home. But this device gives you a wrong feeling of safety. Go buy good locks instead.

Cant log into app its says error try again later .... I can log in the website but not the app.

Not good. Often takes ages to connect via Bluetooth. Most the time the battery level is not displayed. It didn't even update the GPS last time I used it. Very frustrating. So far its been pretty much a waste of money.

The device and app is just awful. The support is even worse. I paid £150 for the Sherlock. This was my experience: put bike away and lock it in the app. Next day, won't unlock. Says error over and over. So I ride it to work anyway. It doesn't tell me it's been stolen but still says it's locked and the location puts it still in my house... It didn't update. After work, magically lets me unlock it. If someone had stolen it, I would have never known. I have contacted support several times. No help.

I have had two Sherlock bike devices. The first one malfunctioned after 3 months. I received a replacement which stopped working within 3 weeks of receipt. I really wanted this to work out because it looked like a good security option. On both occasions the support has been unacceptable. When tech support engaged, they were helpful. The first replacement took 1 month to work out. After the replacement device failed I am over one month waiting for tech support to reply back with a meaningful solution. The initial exchange was bordering on rudeness and then over two weeks of complete radio silence. For 150 euros, save yourself the hassle. The device build does not appear to be robust for expected usage and accuracy is questionable too. My device was regularly reporting location 0.5 kms away. For now I am stuck with a device that does not communicate and I am out of pocket. There are other options out there who I am sure will be willing to provide a better customer experience.

I tested the theft mode and it failed to give updates on its location. it only updated once and said that it was in the sea... Battery lasts a few days and not 2 weeks. App fails to connect and has to be reset every time i use it. Takes ages to connect to bluetooth even when phone is next to device. Waste of money and will not help if your bike is stolen

Battery in standby is not even close to the one advertised. But worst of all ,what meeting decision concluded that the GPS poll rate should be 2 min and then 1h? I mean REALLY? So either chase after the bike, and if you spot the thief , your got few hours to get it back ,or chill ,have a coffee and hope for the bike to arrive at some dodgy garage with GPS reception in an hour. Common sense not included with Sherlock...

the app is fine but the product is rubbish, doesnt update as often as it says it will (if at all) I have my tracker on theft mode at work currently and I "stole" my bike at 8.50. it is now 12.09 and sherlock still thinks the bike is at home! I have contacted sherlock for a refund

2 stars so far as only just got it. I have downloaded all software and everything bar one thing is OK. I have had the tracker on charge now for over 2 hours and the app is still saying that it is at 0% charge. I will report back and update if this changes.

Doesn't track at all. when I'm out it has fixed position at my home address and never moves. Expensive piece of plastic!🙄 Now I can't even sign in to the app!
