System Academic Management of students IFTO. How can I access? Any student duly regular in the IFTO can access the module. Using the same user and password of the web module or accessing the institution's computers, it will be possible to access the application. Note: If you are not gaining access, please contact the Academic Secretary of your campus to verify your situation. If the situation is regular you can create / change your password using the IDEA on the proof of enrollment that can be issued by the academic secretary. AVAILABLE FEATURES Through the SIGA-M, while the class (discipline) is open the student can consult: - Notes View; - Frequency display; - Display of content taught. If the student wishes to consult previous period or closed class notes and frequencies, he can consult notes through the document module (bulletin or history). All the reports that are available in the web module can also be accessed by the application which are: - Report card; - Declaration of Registration / Link; - Teaching Plan; - Calendar; - Proof of Renewal of Registration; - Utilization Index Report; - Partial history. NOTIFICATION: - The student can receive a notification from the institution at any time; - The system will automatically generate notification of note registration and class closure. Qualquer aluno devidamente regular no IFTO pode ter acesso ao módulo. Utilizando o mesmo usuario e senha do módulo web ou acesso aos computadores da instituição será possível ter acesso ao aplicativo.
Obs.: Caso você não esteja conseguindo o acesso, favor procurar a Secretaria Acadêmica do seu campus para verificar sua situação. Caso a situação esteja regular você poderá criar/alterar a sua senha usando o IDEA presentes no comprovantes de matrícula que poderá ser emitido pela secretaria acadêmica.
Por meio do SIGA-M, enquanto a classe (disciplina) estiver aberta o estudante poderá consultar:
- Visualização de Notas;
- Visualização de frequência;
- Visualização de conteúdo lecionado.
Caso o estudante deseje consultar notas e frequências de período anteriores ou de classes fechadas, ele poderá consultar notas pelo módulo de documentos (boletim ou histórico).
Todos os relatórios que estão disponíveis no módulo web também podem ser acessados pelo aplicativo que são:
- Boletim;
- Declaração de Matrícula/Vínculo;
- Plano de Ensino;
- Calendário;
- Comprovante de Renovação de Matrícula;
- Relatório de Índice de Aproveitamento;
- Histórico parcial.
- O estudante pode receber uma notificação da instituição a qualquer momento;
- O sistema gerará notificações de forma automática de registro de notas e fechamento de classes.
Não estão disponíveis para o estudante pelo aplicativo:
- Renovação de matrícula;
- Estágio;
- Pré-Cadastro;
