App funciona só pela metade: o aplicativo dá um "erro não identificado" ao tentar fazer a assinatura digital. Porém, pelo menos, o app executa a validação quando se deseja fazer a assinatura a partir do computador, por meio do software assinador digital Serpro.

Não funciona no meu celular Huawei. Não consegue conectar à Internet. Na última versão o problema permanece idêntico. Versão nova de 6 de fevereiro de 2020 . Mesmo erro.

Bom dia. Eu comprei e instalei esse aplicativo, mas estou com problema na hora de assinar um documento. Quando eu gero um documento com assinatura digital ele não abre, alguém poderia me ajudar?

A solução é excelente e funciona muito bem, desde que no antigo Internet Explorer. Nos outros navegadores não quer acordo (Win10). Assinatura digital de documentos pelo app funcionando sem dificuldades.

NÃO FUNCIONA! Desde o processo de compra até a tentativa de uso do certificado, nada tem funcionado direito. Mais grave é o serviço de atendimento ao cliente que desconhece esse novo serviço, o que torna um martírio conseguir ajuda. Só após contato com a Ouvidoria consegui atendimento, mas ainda não identificaram o problema e estou com um certificado que não serve para nada. Sugiro a todos aguardaram uns meses e não comprarem o NeoID: ele claramente não está pronto para ser comercializado, nem os funcionários preparados para atender você!
