    Love this routine. When i followed it the first time around people commented tge difference in approx. 2 weeks time. I swear by it. I use this with their 30 day ab workout. I am on my second time doing it now because I took a year off from my exercise routine. Also this eases you into it and provides rest days. It is easy to fit into any routine as it is so quick to complete each day!

    I've been using this app for at least 2 years - it's a great app with tons of different home work outs (ranging from 7 min to like 20 min), built in notifications, and workout tracking! Love the graphics and "coach" voice, countdowns, and tips. It is very user friendly too. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for quick home workouts that keep you fit and are fun.

    Why does every single exercise have to have a very loud very annoying "ding"... There should be a way to turn that off I do most of my exercising while my 2-year-old is taking his nap in the same room that ding wakes him up every damn time! please make it optional. I like to have the sounds on for every part of this app except for that stupid "ding" and the "cheering" at the end.

I like that it gives me reminders to work out, and it unlocks new secret tips every day regarding health, beauty, and tips for the best results.

    easy to use. however I noticed that some of the videos linked to the exercises, eg the double knees to chest, are linked to videos of why you SHOULDN'T do this exercise... seems a bit odd.

    This is Day One But Omgg these Apps have in less than 10 minutes has worked me better than Anything I've EVER Found !!!! And That's Saying ALOT Cause I Dont leave good reviews Unless things are OUTSTANDING, But I Will Leave a Bad Review and Samsung Has Gotten Plenty Of Them!!! But these Workout Apps.. Wonderful 👍❤

    This app is pretty simple. Starts you off with simple workouts and builds and you go along each day. The visuals on how to do the exercise is easy, there is even directions on how to do them.
