Do not get the new app. Stick with this. This is not great but the new one is terrible. Light grey TXT on blue! Small text that when you zoom in the text only gets smaller. This app only gets 3.5 the new app gets one because it doesn't have a lower number

"Please use the new app". But the new app is not compatible with my device; a Samsung tablet. Brilliant idea shutting out tablets. Maybe it will work on my phone. Maybe it will work on my watch. The tiniest display seems like a good idea for viewing homes 🤦♂️

Used to be one of my favorite apps, now it's nearly unusable. Crashes constantly, only sorta works while it IS open. And now for some ridiculous reason, when you're in a listing, and hit the map button (which itself is quite difficult, who knows why), it opens the map and shows you like 10 locations, so you have no idea which one is the listing you're on. If it's fixed, don't broke it... some developer broke this app BAD. I'm moving on to zoocasa. uninstalled... I'd urge everyone to do the same.

Just great. I'm the designated house shopper for everyone in my life... because I have a house obsession, and love the search. Realtor.ca makes it that much more enjoyable and efficient. I do wish it wouldn't keep going back to "my location." That's probably not most shoppers' priority. But maybe the solution was right there, and I only needed to 'look, better.'

I just rated the new app a 1 star and from what I can see everyone feels the same this older version that is now discontinued is far more superior I'd consider switching back to this one, unless you like low reviews?...

Feature that should be added, when you click on a bubble of several listings on map view it opens a list view of them. When you're finished looking at that I consider the natural reaction to hit the back button on your phone. If you do this it backs out of your entire search and you have to reset all your parameters. It's infuriating. Hitting the back button should cause the list to minimize, returning it to a map view.

Only issue but a BIG issue is when it comes to sharing a listing with others. You can only send it via email from the app. You cant even copy any writing to search the listing to get a web link. It is infuriating when the rest of the app works so well. I want to use it but it drives me mad when I want to text people the links to the listings. When its fixed I'd give it a 5 star but its really inconvenient for now.

I rated this app once in 2016. I thought it would only be able to get better, but the devs have somehow managed to make it a lot worse. Select a region, view a property. Select another region, the same original property appears. Scroll across the country, the same property appears. Try to close the property lister and end up scrolling across the map. Same property listed across the map again. Scroll back to the first area you looked, property from across the country now appears. What are your developers doing????

Please provide a more comprehensive report on the details of the listings. Here are some examples... The newest listings are NOT onrealtor.ca. There is a delay between when Realtors have access to a listing (the instant it’s been loaded) and when they become public on realtor.ca. Realtor.ca isn’t up to date in real time. For example, the public listings don’t include: Property taxes, the number of days the property has been on the market, what’s included in condo fees, possession date, etc....

Its really good for looking for a house! I gave it a four because it does not show all houses for sale but its a really good app I recommend it!!
