A credit card had expired, so payment failed when I checked out. So I updated the expiry & new CVS(?) but when I tried to pay, it kept reverting back to the old card and failed. So I removed the item from the cart, and went to add it again. Could not find it of any way to show history. Found the same product cheaper and tried to purchase it, failed with the expired card issue. So I logged out and back in, still failed. I finally used PayPal instead. Too much effort required!!

This app has never worked properly on my phone. The only aspect that works is to let the store know when I arrive for pick up. I've tried uninstalling/installing multiple times on my old phone and on my new phone with no improvement. It shows my name on the account but won't let me shop or even view anything, including my cart.

App has been working great up until a couple weeks ago. I can place my grocery order, pay and everything but then if I try to go back into the app after I've paid for it, it opens, brings up the "add to your order" bar and then the app just closes..... not sure what's going on lately

I will change my rating once a hot fix or deployment is done to fix the current issues. As others have said it won't load store locations, will add to the quantity of your order when it errors. I have to use the mobile site to checkout and choose my location as well as adjust any quantity errors. I haven't found a way to add to my order through the mobile site, only cancel and remove. This has been ongoing for more than 2 weeks these problems.

Since October 2021 this app has gone nuts. It takes part of my pick up order and makes it delivery. Then I can't add purchases anytime once I close the app. The service desk is useless. Had people unfamiliar with the app which keep making excuses why it doesn't work. Best one my purschase read not a grocery item, hence the delivery. What? I just ordered different flavors of cat treats. I have reported this repeatedly but nothing.

Years later, this is still one of the hardest and most difficult to use official big store app. You can't filter stuff with free shipping from the stuff that isnt, why on earth would we want free shipping filter right? If you don't use the products name exactly as it is written, you won't fond it. Been trying to find kiwi shoes deodorizing spray for 2 days and i have my last bottle in hands, but cant find the product or any close related to it.

I really like this app. Pretty much do all of my grocery shopping this way now. Great service. Rarely get anything fresh that is bad. Very rarely. Service in T Bay is excellent. Good people. Everything on the store isn't always on the app but hey! We're talking thousands of items. I'm happy with it

Garbage app, almost never works. It worked fine months ago, then it updated, & has been impossible to use ever since. The few features that work, you cant view items, or orders, & you cant place orders, or see any of the updates they send you, & it cant be used to check in when you arrive to pick up an order.

I strongly believe, Walmart is great company. You website seems excellent but you should have HACKERS who make it hard for the customers who may quit. I place an order and my order gets modified without my knowledge and I come to know it when the essential of order does not get delivered. 2. Some unessential item which may not delivered: their notification comes while I am still ordering. All these happen every time I place the order. 3. Check your website security.
