This app rivals the official geocaching app in many ways, but this is THE BEST option if you are a basic member. You still won't get premium caches, but you can find all D/T ratings, unlike the official. This app was ahead of the curve on downloading for offline, and still is better in the map retention. Also allows you to easily log TB's with your find- so nice. Now that I'm thinking about it, what does the official app do better.... Thanks c:geo!

Hands down the best geocaching app available. It has so many great features and is completely free to use. My only feedback would be to maybe include some more tutorials in the app on how to use certain features such as the offline maps and routing as setup can be a bit confusing at first. Edit: I am aware of the online manual. I just think it might be easier for some new users if some quick instructions were also included in the app itself for features such as offline maps (maybe as a popup?)

Well I have used this app for years without problem,but all of a sudden when I open the map there are no caches, not a one...I tried looking at the live map and nothing, look at the "nearby" tab and it shows caches 100 miles away.. I tried Uninstaller it then re-install but that did work. Really sucks, I don't know what else to do but find a different app.

Love the app!! Can log my caches easily, with the templates. Plus can filter the traditional ones out of the other ones. It's also amazing for offline navigation in places where there is no signal! you can find the cache easily, or even navigate a hiking route. Thanks!!

My preferred app for geocaching since 2014. Very user friendly, easy to understand and navigate throughout the app. Definitely a 5 star app in my opinion. Love it!

Lots to like about this app. Offline logging and maps is a godsend. Sometimes feels a little convoluted to access some information, that could just be a learning curve issue. A quicker way to update cache status when one of us logs a find on another device would be handy.

Amazing update! Can I suggest an edit, though? When pressing on a cache, the least interesting thing is its GC code, which now appears as the title. Can you restore the Name of the cache, in the title field?

I have been using this app since shortly after it came out. I can honestly say it just keeps getting better! Last phone update I decided against an iPhone because I like this app so much more than than the usual geocaching app.

this is my go-to app for caching. i like being able to find what's nearby if i have a few minutes to go look. its easy, straightforward, and mostly intuitive.

The GPSr ("compass distance") on my Android phone always works well with this app -- unlike the Official GC app where the GPS reading seems to stop or "get stuck" as I'm hunting a cache.
