They charged me 5k VND to connect my card to the app and in the app they clearly saod that money will be refund after the verify. Usually like Paypal or others service, they will refund immediately or after 3-5 working days. In this case, after 2 weeks, they still not refund the money. I called to the support line and they said it's the job of bank, they don't take any responsible for it. It's a small amount of money, but as the way they respond to me, they are just scammer!

Getting better, but still not perfect. The last app was horrible. This app works, but I had several issues when trying to pay. Keep at it! Futa is the best bus for foreigners, so making this app work is very important. *** You need to tell people when to arrive. My bus was from the terminal station "at 8:00", but when I arrive there at 7:30 the bus had already left. *** Also, allow the customer to chose the departure/arrival location ON A MAP. We have no idea where these places are.

I am very disappointed with your app. There are many bugs. Login bugs, booking bugs,... Account created from app is different with the one created from web. I think Phuong Trang should pay more for developer.

Very upset about this app. As people use this app are not familar with the smartphone. Even the staffs at Futa doesn't know how to use Momo or Zalopay wallets. They don't save the ticket in Cart, everytime I make mistakes I have to redo everything. Only allow to buy 2 tickets on 1 smartphone. I have to use 3 smartphones to buy 5 tickets, install new momos and the stupid Vato The worst app ever! Well done the Vato team!

Application doesn't translate messages from driver, and there's no way to copy them into a translator app. Drivers cancel a lot. Only using because Grab is becoming worse and worse.
