I thought apps where supposed to make things easy.. Getting certs from the office mode over to the guys on field mode is anything but.. and getting it back again is the same. Guys we are electricians who are paying for this service and you are not producing a product that works. You're previous software was OK. now I can't send anything to the guys on site! To answer. I can contact you to discuss when I get a minute. But I didn't buy this software to have to spend time in helping fix its issues..

Pin code reset !! Just reloaded this app from a a couple of years ago and it wants my pin number. I haven't a clue and there is no option to reset !

the app is easy to use. having templates set up can easily adjust board layouts when testing different flats in the same block. better then other apps I've used. but not perfect

Good but could do with some improvement as when you upload the certificate to the cloud it disappears from the app / tablet which is not good.

Keeps losing certificates on uploading. Doesn't save them on tablet like previously either. Costs time, money, labour & a lot of frustration.

I use both niceic and napit, none of them are capable of creating a decent app? both are completely out of order, unorganized, we are paying crazy money for a product that does not serve the purpose, management should be sacked at list
