Very bad delivery service. I call the courier service many times because I had received notification that my item will come that day, but I didn't receive until a week of waiting after months. Then I decided to order that item from other online shop. Then, after two months I received call from courier that my item is found and they are going to deliver, then I refuse because I don't need that item anymore. They keep calling me and telling that I can't order from that shop anymore if I don't receive the item.

Did not receive items and got no refund. Now the items i ordered has been removed from the ordered list. It is empty. It happened not only once but several times. Tried to contact customer service multiple times but no response. No refund so far. I would suggest others never to trust this shopping app. I regretted shopping and wasting money here. Club factory will not last very long.

It was a good experience shopping with Club Factory. But from my last two orders, I am facing alot of issues. My order is not shipped even after many days. When I contacted the chat support,they are not able to provide any solution. Instead they told to cancel the order. So, I had to cancel my previous order. Again I placed a new order, which is still not shipped. When contacted the chat support, again they are asking to cancel the order. Club Factory let me know why is this happening again.

Horrible app!! The range of products are good, but the app service is awful. Actual products do not match the pictures and when you try to return them, they deduct more 50% of the price. I mean, is it our fault that the product doesn't match the picture? So, why should we pay for the return? Moreover, this deduction is shown once you have already initiated the return and there is no way to cancel the return of the product. To top all these, their customer service number is all the going busy! I have tried atleast 16times in a day and still no hope!!! My friends had already told me about the poor service they offer, but I still thought of giving it a try. But TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! NEGATIVE RECOMMENDATION from our side.

I have had such a bad experience, the customer support is bad as any query you ask related to the order, they will not give proper update as to when exactly it'll be delivered. All I get the response as " we cannot assure you the time". If you cannot assure the exact time then make sure to deliver within the mentioned date. They took more than 20 mins to reply to a query. I'm not able to track the order also as the past order page is blank and the app is up to date.

It is a useless app and a useless store. Ordering the first time. A very very bad experience. Do not buy anything from this store. Warning : if you buy anything it will be bad quality and customer care will block your contact. They have no refund policy. At least not in pune. I hate this store. Useless, after buying if you dont like the product or you like it the customer care will not pick up the phone. I actually wanted to give 0 star to this app but it is not allowed in this phone so i gave it a star. Do not make a mistake. Don't buy anything from here. It's a worst shopping app. The service regarding purchase is very poor. So I suggest everyone not to buy product from here. The customer care service is not co-operative and not responsive. Many times app shows item delivered. But customer did not get the product. After complaining over and over(for me about 5 times) they did nothing. So beware of it.
