The trouble to try to connect to it not worth the effort. Quicker and easier to just take the card out and use a computer or otg cable and adapter on your phone. Having to turn off mobile data to try to connect to it is a joke. And the constant message after trying to connect "restart cam again" is a laugh. Great camera. terrible app. 1 star is being generous, it's an offense to 1 star apps. And so good to see they are not maintaining the app, no improvement what so ever.

The app keeps crashing out everytime I try accessing Albums. Tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it but not success.

Really like the app and the WiFi capabilities. Easy to use and download the video you want. Just need to an update though that has come out. Cheers

How am I supposed to update the firmware on the 85r dash camera if it won't let me have mobile data turned on? Also why do I have to disable mobile data to access the app? The moment you turn it back on it disconnects you from the camera. Fix this issue!

Super slow and clunky. Don't bother trying to download even a single 3 minute clip, it's quicker to take the SD card out, walk inside, load up computer, have a coffee, do some laundry, pop SD card into the PC and copy the file over before returning it to the dash cam....

Not worth using, absolutely useless. Needs an update badly. Never use it, better to take out SD card and download via phone.

Rubbish application. Does not work with Android 9 (Pie). App installs without error but any attempt to connect to the cam gives the error message "Registration failed". Smartphone shows cam wifi as connected and the wifi has been confirmed as transmitting with an independent app. Not recommended.

App worked ok for a while but will now open saved files at all, just crashes all the time. Playback through the app is super slow as well, you spend more time waiting than watching.

Great pictures, front and rear camera, however , the setup and instructions in regard to the operations are not clear and painful.

Cant access files from phone as promised. App crashes. Please fix this! It is so handy to access the footage from your phone.
