I've had a terrible time accessing this application. It took more than a year before I could get the account working and get access. It won't accept a phone number either that is not local which is short-sighted considering that there are international clients.

I entered my information, then I answered the three questions and was denied being set up my account. I tried a second time with the same result. Now I'm locked out for 24 hours. For all the money I pay for this damn insurance, you think the app would be better and the service would be better. Guess I'm wrong!

Ya no permita abrir la opcion de citas y al ingresar a la opcion "Plan de recompendas" ingresa y la pantalla se queda en blanco y no muestra informacion.
