I loved when our daycare switched from Tadpoles to this one! One of the reasons we chose this day are was because it used apps for updates and I like that Brightwheel is so user friendly. I do not like that in order to make a payment there's an additional fee and is a percentage of the bill no matter how many months you pay in advance but besides that it has been super useful to receive updates throughout our kids day and send messages to the teachers.

Love this app for my kids! I can keep track of my older elementary daughters progress and know what they did well and what, if anything, needs to be worked on. It also makes it much easier to sign in and sign out my preschooler. I love the pictures they add of their days on there and so much more I haven't even started to discover yet!

I am extremely unhappy with this application and service. They have no way of communicating other an through the app/email and it takes them hours to response especially when it comes to large amount of money being applied to a daycare. There is so much miscommunication between both companies. If I could just send in a personal check I would. Only decent thing about this app is it allows me to keep track of my child while at work.

User interface ia great but the QR scan fxn stopped working almost a month now. The Help desk hasn't helped much and just repeated all the things I told them I did to try and resolve the issue. The school wants to just delete my acct and start over but it would lose my child's daily log entries!

I have three people that access this app because my husband and i both work alot so its me my husband ans mother in law. They are able.to access the app and its messages but i am not. This problem just started. Ive rebooted my phone and checked for app updates. My son had a fever and i had no idea because the message notification came but i couldnt pul the message up in the app. Im the one that pays through this app and i cant access it now so its a bit frustrating.

I have the impression this app is one more thing that is designed with parents in mind and NOT teachers. Why is it so difficult to simply upload multiple photos and attach them to a newsletter in a quick and efficient way. I'm a college graduate, I've lived all over the world, I'm not a stupid woman and I have wasted hours trying to figure this app out.

It's been a wonderful app to use but for the past few weeks the barcode scanner stopped working. I can no longer scan my school's code to check my daughter in. This is very frustrating and would love some help getting this fixed.
