Terrible company and terrible service!! They cancelled the night before and didnt send an email until 11 PM to notify us. We were somehow expected to be flexible and move everything around to whatever they found for us. The photographer thankfully was wonderful but I am so disappointed with Snappr and would have preferred a refund.

You literally cannot download all pictures at once, whether on desktop or through the app. This is a very basic feature. What difference does it make how good or bad the pictures are if they make it incredibly difficult to access them. I can't believe they expect people to download hundreds of photos that a customer paid for one at a time. This is either a huge oversight or just poor design to force people back into the app whenever they want to view the images.

Worst service. Snappr is one of those companies that have a flashy website that makes you think they know what they are doing, but apparently their quality ends there. Right after you have booked your shoot, nothing happens. Neither on the app is there any clarity of if your photographer accepted it or acknowledgeed it. Neither do they make the photographer's profile visible. Highly non-transparent service that just tries to take your money with a flashy website.

Notifications of chat do not work on Android devices. There is not a direct line to customer support, everything is done through email.

On demand, means just that. You select the date of the event, how many hours needed, pay and photographer shows up and photographs your event. One caveat, the photos don't show up in the app itself (some server error). The photographer used Google Drive to get me the photos and I was very happy with the results. I wish they offered videographers as well.

I downloaded this app looking forward to an easy seamless way to book a photographer. As a user I found it to be complicated. Then I got an email AND a phone call from a rep who wanted to touch base and let me know in the future I could book through them because it would be easier than online. That honestly made me feel weird and lose trust in what they are offering. I would still rather just find someone myself. This is SUCH a great concept, I hope one day it gets easier to use.

they call you and email you nonstop before you book your shooting but then disappear once they get the payment!!! I booked a shooting and can't get my photos because the photographer keeps lying about when I'll get them. There are no option to read previous ratings or reviews on a photographer. I don't know where all those 5 star ratings are coming from. I think they are fake. Highly shady company to do business with.

The app is pretty easy. The company itself has some work to do on their customer service. The photographers that have actually showed up for the booked photo shoots are amazing! Very talented. But one if the shoots I booked had a photographer that cancelled and after multiple phone calls, a photographer never showed...all though they promised a photographer would be there. It took more than 7 phone calls, atleast 3 different CSR's and 3 weekz to get a refund. Will still book again.

Great idea, and a nice app, but like other reviewers I ran into the same problem where the photographer cancelled 2 days prior or they never really confirmed. Then they wanted to switch photographers and have me pay for travel costs. Too much work.
