Horrible treatment.. They don't make it easy for your Items or your client.. And try reaching out to customer service they will only offer Broken promises and failed call back.. And by the time you know it, you have a high billing towards shipping that wasn't property introduced to you.. And not posted on the app once you set the booking.

i tried booking a door2door service thru this ap. problem was hindi accurate yung rate calculation paiba-iba minsan yung 30 kg mas higher yung value kesa 50kg.and yung tracker mejo may delay sa pag update.3 stars lang muna sa ap.i think the ap needs to be upgraded. so far my first transaction with AP cargo thru this ap was succesfully delivered.mababait naman yung mga nagpick up ng package and according to my consignee mababait din daw nagdeliver ng package sa kanya.so 5 stars sa delivery guys.

Sobrang hirap mag booking. Walang confirmation email or text or call man lang. Nag msg ako sa FB page. Nag pa create ng new booking and schedule ng pick up. Pero walang dumating na mag pipick up. Waste of time. 1 star rating is more than enough for this app. This is worst.

If I can give this app a zero rating, I would happily do so. Fix your rate calculator. How come it says origin/destination no serviceable? When I tried all possible routes? Will highly NOT recommend this App.
