I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e and this app took up my whole screen. I had no home or back buttons which means I was completely locked out of doing ANYTHING else on my phone! I had to ask a family member to text me so I could tap the notification and get out of the app. While I was a prisoner in the app, I did try and capture the pumpkin and didn't have any luck. This has GREAT potential, but needs more testing, especially for Android! Uninstalled and will try again in the future.

If zero stars were possible, that would be my rating. It doesn't work, period. It tells me to scan an image on my Amazon box that is not there, thus, it will not scan. It's a royal pain to shut down, and comes with ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS WHATSOEVER. I'm uninstalling. If Amazon wants to gain traction with AR, they need to start by providing clear, concise instructions with the app. Otherwise, it's a complete waste of time.

The app worked for me on my Samsung Galaxy S20+. My inner child was entertained for several minutes! The steps differ slightly depending on where you view them (box, website, or app). For example, the steps on the webpage that linked to this app suggests using "a black marker," while the steps on the box just says to use "a marker." The webpage also says to "use solid shapes" and "avoid coloring in the rest of your pumpkin." It would've been helpful to see that stated in the app.

A bit buggy, but I love this idea and the jack-o-latern was really fun to interact with. Have lots of great photos with my cats. I wish they would work to take out the bugs and print more of these of the boxes because it was super fun.

Wouldn't even scan the pumpkin. Kept saying "Center the image on your screen" and when I would get it perfect, it never did anything else! This app sucks. It got my 6 year old excited and then let down. Thanks Amazon.

Waste of time. The pumpkin will not scan. You have to restart your phone to quit the app. Everytime you open the app ti downloads the same content again. Won't be downloading it again. Thanks for disappointing my son.

On a Pixel 4XL, this crashes regularly. It re-downloads the experience every start up (may be related to crashing so never gets to close properly). It really struggles to scan the boxes unless the box is in a very well lit area.

Worked ok for a few minutes, managed to scan the pumpkin and get a couple pics, but I kept having to redownload "the pumpkin experience" and rescan the pumpkin. After about the 5th rescan the whole app just stopped working at all.
When Earth Speaks
No issues! And was fun for the kids. Super easy to use and loved how we have pictures to keep of their creations. Resending the box to a grandparent who will enjoy the pumpkins even without the app lol.

Got the pumpkin to work, but only after making sure to only use black marker and leaving the rest of the pumpkin white. Fun, once it worked, but minus 2 stars for the amount of effort it took to reach the fun point.
