This game was fairly easy to beat. There were levels with real challenges, but simple enough to finish. I like the level of difficulty and the fact that every level & world was different in ability and obstacles. I was never bored. If you have ever deleted a game because it got to a level you just couldn't beat, then you should download this app. I was impressed with the graphics and the dynamics and how overall how entertaining it was. Waiting eagerly for the next update.

As free mobile games go this is fun. It is clearly derivative of the DKC series, especially Retro's games, but is this really bad thing? When we haven't had a new DK game in so long I'm not complaining! The art direction is good and the level design, although quite short, can offer some interesting challenges. One thing I will say about the level design however is that it could do with having more varied action. It would have been nice to have seen more vine surfing and other varied sections

This is honestly a great game based off of the barrel gameplay from DKC. There is a nice polish to the graphics and gameplay as it's a generally nice playing game. The music was done by none other than Tee Lopes and he makes this game ten times better. Although, this game would better be off as a premium game as there is a heart system in this game. You still have to wait to play again. Still, this is a great game that you should try.

This one reminds me of landing on that island in the original. IT WAS AN AWSOME ISLAND! Ok so this will be awsome until 8-6th level. Ok, hope I'll like it. BYE!
Practical Pisces
The music is phenomenal, the graphics are stunning, and the levels are very creative. My only complaint is about the game stealing coins from me. I refused to go to on the next level without all three coins, and even after finishing the game I had to return to previous levels to reclaim 2-3 coins! Solid 4/5.

Its Donkey Kong Country with only the barrel cannon levels. There isnt much variety in gameplay and you are on a lives system that requires you to wait up to 1hr between sessions or pay $6 for no ads and unlimited lives. Overall, it feels like a non-licenced Nintendo game thats trying really hard not be sued. I wouldn't be surprised if this gets hit with a cease and desist later on like Bethesda did with Westworld.

You may as well call this game "Banana Kong Country". It isn't an "homage", this is complete plagiarism. Everything from the graphic effect of collecting bananas, the style of music, and even the graphics textures look like they're ripped straight out of DKC: Tropical Freeze. You'll frequently find yourself frustrated due to losing all your hearts within a few seconds on a difficult section, and having to wait 10 minutes for each individual heart to regenerate. This game heavily coerces you into buying the premium unlock... which I wouldn't advise doing anyway, since Nintendo will likely hit this game with a "cease and desist" soon.

This is an awesome DK simulator. Yea it's not like the original DK where you could go around the map flailing his cannon gun with peanuts at his enemies but it has the feel of DK Frozen Country with cannon barrels shooting you in directions with bananas and the touch controls are really top notch and enjoyable. Give this game a try especially those who are true DK fans! I recommend 5 stars
