Celesteal the Celestial God
It's really great! All of the characters are stunning and have funny designs. Sadly, there are always downsides, let me list them. 1. The level layouts for World 6 are so lack luster, that I literally had to search up a guide to know where to go. 2. The bosses were waaaay too easy. Even the final boss was too easy. Yes, I know the game is for like, 5-9 year olds, or something, but I really need a challenge. Maybe add a "Hardcore Maxim" DLC❓ 3. The lack of online multi-player.

Lots of fun. It is hard to find a fun and well made classic platformer. Controls are simple and there is variety to the gameplay in the form of different worlds with different obstacles and characters that can be unlocked giving way to multiple abilities as well as cosmetic purchases for fun. Highly recommend this game if you are in search of a classic side scrolling platformer akin to Super Mario. Graphics are smooth, vibrant, and colorful as well.

Loved this game the instant I started playing it. it's like the best of what Super Nintendo had to offer at the closing stage of it in the Donkey Kong Country 3 era. A culmination of all the greatest platformer games with the look, playstyle, and feel of the Donkey Kong Country SNES series, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Metroid all rolled into one. Best controls that i've ever experienced with this style of game. Hoping to see more games like this one soon.

Fun platformer. Less fun when all the ads were added, though understandable. Bit too much that you can't play offline, I see no point to that when ads still work offline. Bug: playing level x-6 and I get loaded into a random level (just a pyramid) as a different character. It's not the proper level. Bug: I can't type out a bug/suggestion in the game contact us screen. A box opens up, and my keyboard does too, but nothing I type makes it into the app.

This game has great graphics, but also spikes, sea mines, and rolling blades that injure the robot you're playing with. He (or she) has 3 hits until they "die". Sometimes they are respawned pretty quickly, and sometimes there are ads in between. Being able to buy cogs or crystals in some versions helps, otherwise you would need to most of the game to get a really nice robot (the last two). On the Android version, hanging on swinging chains is harder to do, but on the iPad version it's not hard. The graphics are great, and the sidescrolling is almost flawless. But the violence factor because of the above-named spikes, etc. causes me to rate this 3 stars.

Awesome game in the style of sonic the hedgehog and super Mario. Some Metroid in there as well. I have read all of the critical comments saying controls suck and this is not my experience. I have had this game on my phone (multiple phones, actually) for years and have never had any issues with controls. My ONE irk is how expensive getting new characters are (in game currency.) I also see people complaining they can't pass the levels. I suck at games and I'm pretty far in the game. Like world 7.

Very challenging mazes with lots of hidden nooks and crannies to try to find, explore, and test you at your thought processes, gaming skills with the robots and all obstacles faced. This game draws a person into it. I highly recommend Maxim the Robot to everyone. The only thing I have not figured out is world 5-10. Oh well.... jeep trying. All of it is fun!

one of the best games on mobile! what a wonderful game! its like mario with a hint of sonic. i cant say enough about what a hidden gem this game is. it deserves a 4.7 average as it is better than many games that do. soooo many levels! $4 for offline is more than worth it. this game shouldnt even be free online! but i wouldnt of found it if it wasnt, so good job! the complaints i read on here are so dumb! most mobile platformers suck including mario rayman and sonic. this is what those should be!

Can't play offline, waste of time. Uninstalled... Edited... Yeah got the message, won't be paying to play. & you should make it clear you have to pay to play offline as the game is on the play stores offline games page which are for the most part FREE. So it's misleading and those of us who have very limited money are more than likely to be on pay as you go phone plans so only have a little bit of data to spend, & downloading a game that promises to be offline that turns out to be a lie is extremely annoying. If I could give you minus stars I would for the blatant attempt at getting money from the poor.
