Play a strategic simulation of an infectious disease spreading around the world - begin your own global pandemic. Choose a country you want to start your infection in and begin your pandemic. Gain evolution points and upgrade your disease's symptoms, transmission routes and resistance to external factors. Develop your own strategy to win the game - the possibilities are unlimited. The disease can spread to neighbouring countries across the borders, on a plane or on a ship, and even migrating birds can contribute. Occasionally natural disasters happen - choose the country you want the disaster to start in, and automatically help your disease to spread abroad. You can play with one of following pathogens, each unlocked one after another: Bacteria, Virus, Protozoa, Parasite, Fungus, Prion, Extraterrestrial, Zombie or create your own custom pathogenic organism. Watch out, as humanity will try to do whatever they can to stop your disease from spreading. After they classify the disease as an epidemic danger, they will start developing a vaccine that can provide immunity to the disease and thus save them. There are 2 gamemodes! You can also play as Humanity, where a pathogen is the enemy, and take your chances in saving people from extinction. You will be able to close borders, airports and seaports, as well as upgrade disease prevention methods or even use United Nations missions. The goal is to develop a vaccine and save as many as possible.

I enjoy this game a lot, but I started to get bored out of it. You have to get the formal right in order to pass the level and I enjoy that, but it's the same. There's not a lot of twist or anything. The only thing I suggest to add is twist, etc to it, like unexpected events from certain actions or out of the blue to add spice to it.

Game seriously cheats on the 4th or 5th illness as you do all the requirements to slow vacination it still increases rapidly out pacing your evolution of the pathogen. No matter what it always will move to make you lose on Normal game play when in reality humanity, as we've seen, sucked in 2020..easy mode is more realistic to what is reality.

this game is good when you play as pathogen but if you play as humanity it is to easy(close the border of egypt and southern africa and boom! you saved africa!!!)it is really easy even if you play it on realistic difficulty

I like this game very much, especially when I play as a Virus mode, but where is the Zombie Mode, i can't wait to see the Zombie mode and if it released i will play it right up.

The game would be amazing if it only saved my progress.... Every time I progress and then put the game away and come back later, none of my progress has been saved and I have to start all over again from the 1st virus. Horrible issue. Discouraging to play.

This game i great and almost better than the real version. It is fun and in depth, and it also gives you a great tutorial that helps the whol game. This game deserves a WAY higher rating!

The game is actually good. No ads and it's completely FREE! That's what caught my attention the most. Ads and paywalls annoy me. The controls some times freeze but that might be my phone. It's a very fun game that mimics the other disease games but better. The save humanity part is bit boring for me but it's good you put it as an option. Nice app and nice work man! I would donate if that was a option more developers need to follow your footsteps. I'm glad I found this app. It's a lot of fun.

thanks for the game, macaw! I love it my fav side is plague. although i enjoy the human side now, make more of this! But I did have a problem. Why doesnt it save game progress? For example, I played the infection mode, and it is also with humans but I won the easy mode, unlocked normal mode. I thought I could play it later. but no. I came back. Locked. please fix or otherwise dropping da stars.
