M-Trac leverages the sensors in one’s smartphone to measure balance ability and track improvement. There are three modes, Play, Train and Measure. It works with a range of proprietary balance boards and fitness devices. Known Issue: There are some issues with 8.0 Oreo and the Unity engine that we are using to power the app physics engine. I have real problems with balance and got this to help. I do not think having to look down at the device is accomplishing that goal. Waste of money. I would give it a rating of -10 if I could

black screen, does not work. overpriced product for just a balance board with a broken app. I expected better from the bowflex nautilus products...at least lower the price of the board if you aren't ever going to fix the app.

The app works great on the iPhone but seems to be incompatible with the latest android software. My wife is able to use it on her iPhone 6, but it only has a black screen on my Samsung note 8.

i got this for Christmas from my son.. i don't have the heart to tell him the app is no good.. as in Black screen only.. so don't waist your money for the equipment you can get a wheel that can do the same thing without the app

App does not connect to chromecast for a second screen to pwrform workouts. This app is totally useless which makes the training boards a waste of money.

I too have downloaded the app and all I get is a black screen. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8+. Disappointed I cannot use with the M-pad.
