Terrible service and terrible business model. They take your money against an order and after delaying it for weeks, they cancel the order without any notification or update. Don't fall prey to their schemes or offers. Money will get stuck forever. The customer care doesn't have any clue and will only provide generic answers like bots. They are not serious about doing business. Medicines supply is a critical care service. They are casual about their response and no corrective action plan.

Worst experience using the application. 1. Delivery: The order is not delivered even after 2 weeks. 2. Customer Support: even after multiple complains, no one responds the to queries 3. Escalation: no proper escalation team, just an email address who are least bothered to reply to the queries 4. Status Updation: takes more than 48 hours to update the status of the orders

App is not the problem, the real problem is their Operations team. Absolutely fraud, they just don't deliver your order once you have paid up. The customer support is a joke, they will either give you Canned responses or false assurances with no action taken whatsoever. I had a harrowing experience with them. Please don't fall for them. There are many other platforms offering much better service and similar discounts. Avoid Netmeds at all costs if you want peace of mind.

They don't deliver on time. Don't even bother to contact the customer in case of delay. very slow and inconvenient service. Even the customer care service are fooling people by assuring they are doing the needful but no intimation is received from their end. They will only hung up saying 'extremely sorry' and do nothing. The most useless app and service. Also not to mention the most useless customer service people. Medicine is an essential item and there is no way someone can wait even one day for an alternative. Customer service people say to wait for one more day. They don't even know it is impossible to stay even 1 day without emergency medicine. They talk on phone as if they are selling soaps.

Worst experience!! I order I know ovulation kit from this app. The product reliability is doubtful. Used kit shows invalid result though the method of using was as described.. how can one expect all kit to show invalid result unless it's forged or duplicate. They are promoting with poor health product. Advice not to buy.. the reliability of medicine is highly questionable!!!!

I ordered the product. Their app showed delivered but I didn't get the product. On enquiring, they aplogozised for not delivering & gave NMS supercash of the same value in return. Ideally they should have refunded me the money but they didn't. Now when I was trying to use the super cash , it could not be applied to all the products and neither on the total cart value. The app is pathetic, the delivery service is very very poor. It takes minimum 10days for any delivery of emergency medicine. Very disappointed with the app. The fake app. I'll suggest to order from phermeasy will get the delivery within 2days. The customer service is also very poor, they don't have any sort of clarification for the questions and they never help for anything. Very poor and disgusting app

Switching to another app going forward....delivery is never on time as always. This time the status on the order shows...delivery failed as customer was unavailable. Netmeds should realise the fact that they are in the business of delivering medicines and this is not to be taken lightly. Had to run around at night to find meds for my aged mother. False delivery status and untimely delivery should be your slogan. Logistics needs to be fixed, for now it's been an utter disappointment.
