With VoxelMaker you can create 3D models of your own design and then render them with realistic lighting and shadows. Voxel models are made from 3D cubes and create a stylized, "blocky" look - much like a 3D version of pixel art. Models can be exported for use in other programs or you can use the built-in ray tracer to render high-quality images of your scenes. Been using this app for a while. Ran great on an older tablet with just 1GB of ram. Lots of fun, easy to learn interface, and consistent updates and feature additions from the developers. Runs great (also 1GB) on new my new tablet; the new features are pretty cool and kids love it. Overall I prefer this version on Android to that on the WiiU I've messed with. Finally, the company has outstanding customer service and are great about replying to questions. Highly recommended app if you like art!

Cool app. I would give five stars but it really needs camera position presets.... isometric, orthogonal positions. Is there a way to set the camera position more precisely?

the controls are very clunky. I use a Samsung note and a stylus and is having to constantly click buttons to make my next edit is a bad user experience. maybe if the controls are improved I'll try it again.

Packed full of features and easy to work with. Would probably be easier to use on a tablet but I use a phone and although it can be a little fiddly it is still completely usable.. means I can get on with building voxel assets for my games while on the go! Keep up the good work

I Don't want to go in all guns blazing here because you have a piece of software with potential but I paid for this, I understand you and lots of others seem to be able to handle it but I've used so much software in my time, On my PC, I use Magikavoxel, and was super exited to so see something similar on android. I've been trying to get used to this for about a week and I've never been more frustrated with it. I wish the handling was more like the app dotpict. In any case, please make more user friendly!

The only thing that would make it perfect is if it had moga controller support. You can already do many of the operations you need with a moga controller in "B" mode... except for rotating along the Z axis (this is reserved for touch). Just map the Z rotation to the right joystick and it'll be perfect.

Create your works on mobile then export them for use with MagicaVoxel etc for more options. Only one request...ability to export transparent png files. In magica you can export front or isometric png that are transparent. Allowing us to drag and drop our image directly into the games we design. Running this on Galaxy Note 12.2 pro and it's running great. Good job dev. Well worth the 5 bucks. Oh and question....your games...what did you design them in? Unity?
