Things are fine for me, maybe because I've learned how to navigate this app for about 2 and a half years now. However, there is one thing you need to bring back and that is letting customers know whether the items in their shopping cart is 'fewer than 5 left'. You can only see this on the website. Bring this feature back so that I don't have to seek out the website every time I'm on the go and want to check whether I should make a purchase or not.

The best clothing around. If only the sizes weren't so small. I purchase an xxl in every shirt or jacket an i am 6'0" 190lbs and most clothes fit me well in large or xl. I love the Cali style sonmuch that i would wear a 4x if necessary! Keep it up guys. I give you guys 5xxxxx for styyle and comfort!! 🤙💀🤙

Horrible app. The site was extremely slow so I downloaded the app and it was leggy and slow when I was trying to enter my card number and address

Won't even let me checkout I click the checkout option and it never loads, it's been 4 days and I've lost items in my cart from them selling out. I checked and my app is up to date.... My wifi is fine and I've closed the app and such multiple times. I just want to buy something.

The products look nice but I had a nightmare experience. I typed in all my information correctly and completed the order. The next day I get a thank you confirmation email which appears fine. A few days later I got another email saying it was being shipped but this time the billing address was missing my town and then the shipping address was missing my town and house name. I have recently received the parcel but it was 2 days late. This is because a signature is required. This seems unnecessary

The pictures load super slow, when I try to filter on size etc, they still show me items that are sold out so I end up with a bunch of sold out items in the bag. Not practical at all.

Reviews are no longer available, app does freeze during checkout but there is not an easy way to find ways to get more points on gold status, Also update the sizes on the models accurately for every peice, they are all " 5'9 in size S"

Everything works, until I try to put my information in to check-out. It freezes up. I tried going on the website and checking-out, but it freezes up as well.

Clothes are not of good quality. Customer service is appalling. They insulted larger people by saying outright that they do not want their custom. Honestly there are cheaper and better clothes elsewhere people!! You are only paying for the logo- Thats a hefty price to pay in my opinion!
