Don't waste your time with this app. Just call Metro 311. Status of issues are NEVER updated and complaints seem to be ignored. More wasted taxpayer money, great job Louisville.

This app is as useless as our city council and mayor. Barely any of the complaints even get past the "submitted" after several months and even when they do they are still not looked at. I understand there is a large volume of complaints and only so many staff to address them, but at the rate it's done might as well not even have this app at all. It's total lip service via an app. Making you feel like like you are doing something when in reality you are pissing up a rope.

Can't seem to get the app to consistently report. I frequently receive "an error has occurred" message in small font at bottom after submitting. I also cannot login using my accela credentials, is the app still supported?
