I find the app to be glitchy. Manually entering each transaction is inefficient. The only institutes that link to the software are well known financial institutes and the settings do not backtrack where it's supposed to find similar transactions and automatically categorize them.

Horrible experience with this company, they charged 2,000 and now will not file my taxes in time and are trying to charge extra to "file an extension." There is no reason that I shouldn't have it done in time when theyve had 8 months since I paid. Ive tried to set up meetings and its always delayed. Do Not fall for this scam like I did.

App keeps crashing. I am not able to schedule an appointment with my accountant to discuss my taxes being filed ASAP. Accountant said he will reach out to my bookkeeper who I haven't heard from in weeks. I wish I would have just filed my taxes myself this year and saved myself almost $4000. The bookkeeper service is not included with the $2000 accountant service. The accountant responds quickly but he isn't especially helpful.

An absolutely terrible application. And they have the audacity to charge you a monthly $35 fee for this garbage. It wont even do the basics, like sync to your calendar. So if you dont log in, you'll have no idea that they set up an appointment with you. And the way that they set this up, you cant access your 800 Accountant team if you dont use the app, which you're required to pay for. Nothing like being held hostage. ZERO STARS! My accountant is awesome and very knowledgeable. The app is ok it logs you out sometimes and then it seems like you have to change your password. Also the only other reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I wish some of the features were more detailed or customizable. Other then that great service!

1-800Accountant isn't worth the money they charge. I was charged $2079 for the year along with the regular 39.99 a month for "portal access". What they provide is nothing you can't accomplish using TurboTax and by hiring an accountant on an as-needed basis. Their invoicing features are sub-par and PayPal offers the same level for free. Do not work with this company if you're looking to run a business efficiently, please don't make the mistake I did.

Spend 2000+ on their offerings. Received one introduction call and got ghosted afterwords. All calls and texts, help messages fell on deaf ears. These people are theives. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau
