Hey AccuWeather, I have the Premium version installed on my Galaxy S10 5G and the watch version on my Galaxy Gear S3 Frontier, Galaxy Watch and the Galaxy Watch 4. The version installed on my S10 5G works beautifully, I use it all the time, especially to check the radar. I live in Florida and it is critical to be able to check radar when I am doing activities out in the sun and surf. Please add Radar to the Watch version as I don't take my phone with me on the water. The LTE version of my watch would be great if I could get real time Radar on it. Currently there is no good Radar app available on the new Galaxy Watch 4 running Wear OS3 ( based onAndroid 11 ) This is the new Wear OS combined with Samsung's TIZEN OS. Thanks in advance for the the consideration and upgrade to the Wear OS version of your app.

Not a bad app, and I prefer AccuWeather for my forecasts. That said, the widget requires constant access to your location in order to show the forecast on your homescreen. If you're like me and don't constantly leave GPS on to save battery life, this means the widget will fail more often than it works. I do not know why there isn't an option to set a location for widget and bypass the need for GPS. As far as I can tell from my digging this feature does not exist.

I'm once again forced to change my review of my favorite weather app back to a 1 star. They've now added extremely intrusive ads that make checking the weather quickly to being a task as an entire, full screen ad will popup on your first click. What a joke. If I'm getting a severe weather alert or tornado warning, the last thing I want is for your garbage ads to add 30 seconds to the time to actually check the warning.

The app has been crashing for several days now. I have paid for an "ad-free and more" version, and despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times over the past 48 hours, the app has not even been able to load itself on clicking. This isn't why I paid for what was claimed to be the best weather app available. I've been patient with the app's steady decline in usability for some time now, but unless something is done soon to set things right, I will be asking for a refund. Edit: Recent updates seem to have fixed the problem.

The hyperlocal weather app is accurate but the accuracy is starting to decline. It always tells me that there is gonna be a thunderstorm but no. It is the opposite. Over the last updates, the ads have been intrusive. The weather is 80 percent accurate but sometimes shows the wrong prediction. Like ecerytime. The developers should decrease the ads because the app is being used worldwide.

I love this app and have used it for years since my first smartphone, but I do have one gripe. Why even tell me there is a meteor shower tonight when your own forecast calls for an overcast. If I can't see it I don't care, stop getting my hopes up. It happens more than you would think. I'm sure you could program an algorithm to filter exactly that. I'd give you 5 stars for that, but until then 4 stars is the best I can do.

New Android phone last year; my BlackBerry Passport died when 3G was turned off last year. Bought the app and installed it; working flawlessly! Excellent radar, always my favorite part of the app, and very accurate on forecasts. I really like being able to set up the various locations for my family members, so that I can see what weather is like for my siblings. Many thanks for such a great app! 🙂

Once a year I go back to the drawing board to try out another weather app when I get tired of my current one or it does an update I don't like. It was AccuWeather's turn this time around. I've used this app before but always found it to be rather useless. Happy to say I really like the new app since the last time I was here! So much so I felt inspired to write a review, something I never do! Good job AccuWeather!

Used Weather Channel for 10+yrs, til forced update. Now it's bloated, all but ads, force you to pay for Premium. Spent last 6 wks trying out options. Weather Bug, Weather Underground, MyRadar, Today Weather,etc. Settled on AccuWeather... for now. The app itself is ok, nothing special. I like that radar has a futurecast, some of those others do not. But TWC is tops for hurricane coverage. The WIDGET is garbage, does not update regularly. Constantly have to refresh. Still searching for options..

Constantly getting notifications for abducted kids but when you click on them, the notice is gone. That's a lot of kids getting saved in seconds! Emailed help about it, no help. But the main deal is AccuWeather just isn't . In my experience it's correct about 10% of the time. Week after week hyping me about a storm coming within minutes, and the rain never even starts. More abduction notices this morning. I'm done! Off to try and find an app that works.
