The app is great however lacks basic features for which the user has to stumble across their not so active customer care services, which I am mentioning here which as a user I would appreciate if the app updates in near future: 1. Ability to switch between packs with the help of the app itself 2. Ability to switch between payment methods 3. Ability to turn on and off services if goinh on leave. 4. Guide to avail offers and services provided with packs. 5. App to have a better user experience

Would give a negative rating if it was available. Pathetic service provider. Internet abruptly cuts off at least 2-3 times every month & takes 1-2 days to resolve. Almost a month's worth internet is lost this way but we are charged fully. It's extremely challenging to manage with work. Pathetic customer support. Emails & calls go unanswered. During bill payment I get back to back reminders. On google play they ask for account number to resolve the issue, but nothing happens after that comment.

I have noticed that of late, we are not getting good speed internet connection. We have been the customers of ACT for the last 4 to 5 years. The connection keeps dropping even during the WhatsApp calls that requires minimal data. If we complain through the ACT fibernet app, the technician calls on phone and tells us not to raise tickets. He fixes the issue but the problem occurs the very next day again, the internet stops working. Pathetic.

Such a pathetic app. Since the time I have taken this connection. I regret bcoz the connection keeps getting lost and when I raise a complain, I'm not given proper justification nor a resolution and it takes 2-3 day for the issue to get fixed that too temporarily an again after few days same issue happens. Pleas do not go for such a worst connection. Opt for a better one. These guys are just looting us

I'm fed up with this network.. I admit it works fine but when there is a issue regarding network they take a whole day to resolve.. in between my wfh. There is no proper information for customers to contact them.. We have hell lot of complex situations in work.. which by this network makes a bit more complex.. Thanks for that😠 And also thanks for stoping my entire work today.. when I have the most high priority in completing it on time😡

Very worst app. There is no way to track my requests in the app. I raised request for shifting my connection with all full details. After 5 mins it was updated in app. But didn't receive any update from any technician till 3 days.. I called cusomer care and they informed that new address details are not clear. I went and checked in my requests in the app but could not see any of my reqyest. Cusomer care team sent one link to update details again and said it will take 7 working days to resolve.

Very poor service. There is no facility to down grade the existing plan in this app. In IVRS mode, there is no facility to express anything other than the options. Earlier, it was there to contact ur executives. Now , it is not at all available in Phone IVRS mode. Try to solve these problems and see that plan change downgrade facility in app. and incorporate facility of contacting ur customer care executive in Phone IVRS mode.

Worst experience,internet will go off twice a week .we don't know when it will come again. Customer service will not respond.they will send a mail the issue is resolved but it will not resolve, they close the complaint and again we have to raise the issue. If u r using act means definitely u have to turn on mobile hotspot for laptops bcz it will not come. And last but not the least waste of money

Raised 3 tickets in the last 2-3 weeks for poor internet connection. Its not fixed permanently. If i reopen the ticket the executive is not accepting and they say call me directly we will come and not to reopen the ticket. But if i call them directly for the issue again they are not coming again to fix the issue. Very bad service and didn't expect this.

Very poor and pathetic customer service. It takes these people ages to resolve an issue and nobody even bothers to explain the problem and give a realistic timeline of when the issue will be resolved. Act fibernet never ceases to disappoint me every single time. It's time to change to a better internet service provider. ACT fibernet, disgusting customer service as always!
