I and a few others have had this app installed for months, with hundreds of combined miles of walks, and the selected charity hasn't seen a penny. On the plus side, it actually logs location well and I can turn the screen off and put the phone in my pocket and it still logs.

so far not crazy about this app. It never calculates the distance correctly or matches what shows on my fitbit. On top of that, I don't know what happens, but I did a 4 mile walk today and nothing showed logged on the app. And there should be some way to manually enter your time and distance when it fails or upload it from your phone or other tracking device. And I still have to get any response from customer service on my emails to them.

It used to be a great app not only to raise $ but to also see how far and fast we went. The last 3 walks, the one on now included, it's tracking absolutely nothing but time walking. It's like the gps isn't working even after uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have loved this app for a while, but in the last week it stopped recording my distance, only time. My location is on and permission is granted. This is very frustrating! I'll give it another shot, but with no miles recording, no donations will come from those walks.

Can't sign up or sign in. There's not even terms of conditions to read over and nothing about any privacy policies either. I keep resending confirmation since there is no way to sign in I had to make a new account. App is dead :/

I have used this app for a few years. Lately, it is dropping my walks, part way in to the walk. Very frustrating. I did just do an update and I hope that fixes the issue.

01/31/2020 update: WORSE THAN EVET - Absolutely NO improvement. Does developer even care???? Not tracking properly. Been getting only 1/2 the distance. What happened???? 06AUG2021 - Gave it a chance. GPS is POOP (my Fitbit tracks just fine, so it's not a reception issue). UNINSTALLING (apologies to my charity)

I used to love using this app for walking clients' dog while house-sitting. I let them pick the charity they want their dog to raise money for. It's a great little perk. But lately, the GPS cuts out, and doesn't reconnect until I turn my screen on again. Instead of following the road where I've walked, it jumps from the last known location, straight through buildings, to connect to my new location. As a result, my distance traveled is inaccurate, and significantly shortened.

The app has a number of problems as it will freeze and only track a portion of the walk. The worst part now is I cannot get the app to allow me to even begin a walk after selecting my pet. Everything else seems to work - community, dashboard, challenge and history. But if you can't start a walk those other functions are useless. This has been a problem for the past two days and I have reloaded the app, but it won't work.
