Best game I have ever played, but no discernable customer service and it is a very glitchy game. Have emailed Adore numerous times, but they have never answered any of them and I don't know anyone who has had theirs answered, outside of an automated response. If it concerns a money purchase, you have to go through Apple or Google Play to get a refund. Oct. 18: STILL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This time they screwed up my friends; the game says I have 703 friends (I only have 73) and now none show.

This update fixes the previous bad decisions to devalue the 3x guild cups booster amulet and resets its length back to 12 hours (good) but the cost has now increased (bad). The translator is no longer working. Developers continue to release updates with poor QA/QC. Fix the glitches and stop messing with prices of things that already work.

The game is actually pretty good. Especially at the beginning. And then come the ads. After every game you play there is an ad. I understand that's how they make money but for this i won't be playing anymore. Every few minutes. And you can't skip them. Its boring and annoying. Sorry. Would have loved to carry on playing!

Have played many hidden object games and this is by far the best I have encountered! Very fast paced, no annoying ads unless you want them to earn more rewards, and a good variety of challenges. Very addictive.

Like all of these search games you run out of energy fast and you have to spend money if you want to play for more than 20min but they do seem to give you a fair amount of play time for your money in comparison to a lot of similar games

Played the game for a while. Midway way through a tournament they did an update that changed the rules and made everything harder. Having already paid extra to receive enhanced prizes I'm feeling pretty ripped off. This is continual with these folks. Second time, total failure. I lost thousands of energy gifts in the middle of a tournament. You can't help ripping off your customers. YOU'RE STEALING FROM PEOPLE.

I loved the game from the get go; heck within the first month or two I spent at least $50. What I don't love is getting brushed off when I reached out to them requesting that they honor the rewards of an event before it timed out; I entered with a little over a minute left, when I finished the scene the event was over. Why not honor that I completed it? Other games allow credit of completion if entered before time out (the last attempt before end of event). No more money spent until addressed.
