I was approved for $500 and see a statement where they say I have an outstanding balance and what my payment will be but yet to see any money deposited in my account. Will change the review if anything else changes. Ugggh.

They come in handy for quick cash. I was skeptical at first, but I got what I need, plus a little extra. The trick is making the payments on time. As soon as you increase your funds, everything resets. TBH, I don't mind paying my bills. When I apply for certain things I have proof I'm receiving deposits and paying towards my balance. Thanks y'all! Will keep you in my corner! :) oh but the app sorta glitchy a little.

The app is as bad as the business. The interest rates are sky high. I could handle that until I started getting message that stated I could pay a certain amount at the moment, and I would not have to pay the higher amount that month, yet then turned around and claimed my payment was late and require me to pay the original amount on top of the other amount. This may be legit but it seems awfully shady. -1.

Menu screen-The font is to big & words overlaps on top of other info. Request Cash Advance - amt. Field box to big & $ sign partially blocked. Circle to choose the options are to big & show as half circles. The words email & call us above the company name & logo- to big -1/2 the word shows in the screen. No profile or banking info to view, change or update .

The interest is outrageous so only pull what you absolutely need, but they can be a real lifesaver in a financial emergency. Usuallly approved within minutes and they set your credit line. If you live in a state outside of their service area they will still help you as long as you can go into one of their locarions and show them your income proof, bank statement and ID so they can open your line of credit.

this app is useless.. very much a pain in the behind to even attempt to use.. gives you the option to log in with facebook if you cant use your app log in, yet sends you an error saying not allowed... cant even log in on a computer and i think its stupid to go through the process of resetting everything every single time... only a 1 star because I have to rate to leave a comment.. its not even a half star app at this point..

My issue has to do with the app not the company or services offered. They are great when you really need it. Now the app will not download at all. It get all the way to installing and says it can't install to try again. I have done everything to fix the problem yet nothing.

First of all, the bill pay feature is set up in a way that's bugged. The way they have it set up, you can only pay once within a billing cycle. That means if you're set up to pay your bill once every two weeks, you're only ALLOWED to pay once every two weeks. This is a block that's only on the app. Anyways, you can literally only access 2 of your account services through this app. If you want to do anything with your account besides borrow money or pay your bill, don't download this.

False Advertising: got a text notification that they had increased my cash advance by $300 today. Unsuccessfully attempted to deposit to my account for a few hrs. First agent said to call back in 2 hrs and that they had problems with instant pay system. 2nd agent said the message was sent prematurely and I did not get the advance. Don't use them! They lie and leave you hanging without explanation!

You will definitely get approved but the interest rates are so high..you will be paying them back forever. Only a small percentage goes towards your loan to pay it off.. Word to the wise.. PAY THE LOAN OFF IF YOU CAN!!!... IF NOT ...YOU'RE SCREWED!!!!
