I want to personally thank the creator for this app. I'd all but forgotten about the gopher-net until I saw this & am currently enjoying something a lot closer to the www of the early 90s. This app is bare-bones. No night mode, no text resizing. But it also has no bugs & works perfectly. If the developer wants to create an improved version with the amenities mentioned above I would gladly pay. Thank you.

I love this and have been using it for nine months on an almost daily basis to explore Gopherspace and keep up on the "phlogs". The only thing I'm really missing is a "dark/night mode" (with white text on black background, or similar). I don't know if it would be worth the extra effort to set up a "PRO" version, but I, for one, would happily pay to help fund additional features. (I'm all too aware that time, not money, is the real limiting factor for any labor of love.) Thanks for creating this!

Lacks a way to enter a direct gopher URL: accepts host addresses only, no paths or documents. Lacks a way to edit bookmarks. Lacks a way to search inside a document. Other than that: pretty fast and stable.

DiggieDog is a solid little Gopher client that also handles WWW pages and provides the option to disable JavaScript. The only downside is that if you're using it on a phone you'll want to activate rotation and hold your device horizontally to avoid jagged text due to soft wrapping.

It works but this is a low-effort app. Pocket Gopher on fdroid is faster and has a better ui/experience.

DiggieDog does what it's supposed to- it let's you access gopher and the amazing GopherSpace. No unnecessary add-ons, just a simple app.

I like this, but I feel it needs some more options. The ability to change the page width and wrap paragraphs (perhaps), font size and colours would be nice.
