The app is very easy to use. Staff is accommodating. I used this app 3 times already and so far, it hasn't disappointed me yet. You just need to wait for a day before you have your test and another day for the results but there are times where you can receive the results earlier than expected. Would have given it a 5 star if the entire process takes less time like having the results 2-3 hrs after the blood extraction, etc.

Aide is our go-to app if we needed any laboratory tests to be done. First tried it last Sept 2019 for dengue rapid test. This year we used it for Dengue package and RT-PCR swab. Fast and easy transaction. From confirming the booking to paying, it only took us less than 1 hour.

Our experience was fast and seamless. The healthcare professional was also kind and cheerful when she reached us. Just hoping that the app will accept PWD IDs upon payment next time. Other providers accept that. Will shift completely to this service if that option is provided.

Very efficient and professional. My medtech was Gellina and the swab test didnt hurt as I thought it would as she was very gentle. They will take care of everything for you so no need to worry.

Very responsive. But the person handling covid request testing Marizza Cahanap, is not suitable for this role. She gives very limited information when asked questions, not personable and is useless.

It says I need to "update" the app. I did by clicking the box. Then the app got stuck at this point.

Would have given it a 5 star rating but there are some minor glitches. I had problems downloading the blood test results but this was fixed thanks to the med tech. Also, they should have a link for accessing a coordinator in the app to fix general problems. This should not be the job of the med tech. Otherwise, I agree that AIDE is user-friendly and accessible. Kudos.

Very user-friendly. The only difficulty that we have is the limited doctors available due to our location. Nonetheless, the only doctor that we had is very nice and friendly. Customer service is also excellent as we get immediate response. Furthermore, the medical coordinators are very nice and friendly, too! Due to the pandemic, we avoid going out as much as possible; even to clinics. Through this app, we're able to have my toddler and sister vaccinated in the comfort of our home.
