Easily the worst ordering experience I've encountered. There's no continuity between items. Standard bottom row buttons take you out of your order with no back option. Unfortunately this is the only way to order a gluten-free sub, because Firehouse has yet to update their Door Dash offerings. Ugly, barely-functioning, disorienting navigation. And management behind it is what you would expect from such a cumby app.

This app used to be near perfect... Now it fails EVERYTIME I get to the pay screen. All because I had to update my card number, and it was removed... So now there is no way to manage payments except where it crashes... Every time. Fix it and I will give 5 stars across the board. I want to fix because I have 94,000 points in this app and would love to cash it in on some catering... It's still not working. Goes to payment screen and closes.

App has crashed again. Can't do anything without getting the Oops. Something went wrong error message. I wanted to check my points and nothing but error messages. I cleared the cache, forced stopped the app, and rebooted the phone to no avail. This is not the first time it has happened.

I get constant error messages telling me something went wrong. My email is correct because I get emails all the time from them but the app won't take my email, won't find locations near me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, same error message. Extremely frustrating.

I have always liked using this app in the past. However for the last month or two, it will not complete an order. Like many others, I am getting the "We're sorry, something went wrong" message. I too have tried uninstalling and re-installing. I have tried multiple payment methods. It will not work. Please fix this. We love firehouse and the convenience of the app when it was working.

As a busy family, we love grabbing dinner from Firehouse Subs for me and my husband and 2 kids. Unfortunately, every time we try to order ahead on the app, we run into problems ordering kids meals. When trying to add any kids meal to the order, it says "please select chip option, minimum 1, maximum 1" even though we have selected the rice krispie treat. We can still scan in store to get points but would be nice to be able to order ahead like the app is supposed to be set up for.

Haven't been able to use the app successfully for several months. Every time I open the app I get an error message.l when trying to check my rewards or order food. Love the food, but the app is very unreliable which is disappointing.

No Favorite option, what gives???????? Will not use FHS app until favorite option is added!! I refuse to use 15 min everytime I have to order lunch. The reorder function locks me in to the previous restaurant, doesn't work for the traveling man. If it takes more than 5 clicks to order a previously meticulously customized sandwich, I'm out!!

Please fix your app. My local store is way to busy to go in and order. I need to preorder my delicious food lol. No matter what you do, the app will not let you log in period. Tad bit frustrated with it saying error...something went wrong.

This application continues to give errors when attempting to complete order. Consequently.... I was forced to order in store and wait 45 minutes plus drive time to get the food. Not an issue if this was a one off. It happens regularly. Then Every once in a while it will work as designed. Giving me a false sense of hope. 3 years ongoing.
