Fluent is the worst alarm company. They refuse to let me cancel my alarm service and I have no contract remaining with them. I call their customer service and tell them I want to cancel and they say the only way I'd for them to have their retention department call me back, which they never do. Then I call them again and repeat the same process. I've put stop payments on the auto deposit, disconnected the alarm and I don't even live there anymore yet still get emails saying my alarm is broken.

Unimpressed by this version. From what I have read the US version is much more integrated with Alexa. I can see my cameras. I can't control my garage door even though I was promised that I could. Further the camera controls are useless. If you set the sensitivity too low you get no video recording, too high and it fills your upload limit in one evening. All around it is a terrible system.

This App works so good that even after you repeatedly cancel your service, sell your house and move. I can still log in and unlock the new owner doors, change the thermostat and even see where in the house they are.

Buyer beware. Wyze cameras work better for waaaaaay less. Locked into contract for shoddy service. Do not recommend.

Very pleased with the equipment and set up. Had some difficulty setting up a second user and the old doorbell transformer would not support two doorbell cameras (new one ordered). Kyle (sales) and Mike (installation) were both very helpful, very friendly and patient. Both seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating. Good job folks! Much improved over last provider! 🤗

App doesn't send my door bell notifications to my phone and keeps getting malfunction errors on my lights for no reason. Also takes forever to load live video and at times doesn't load.

Work well for the most part. Not sure Why the app turns off the thermostat schedule and turns off the fan. The app runs the schedule for a couple days then turns off and I need to turn the schedule back on.

Cuts out when it's crucial to view . Costs too much for devices and the service is spotty.

Horrible service! Not once did Fluent ever contact me when my security system had issues or stopped working. I tried cancelling services with 2 emails and 3 phone calls this last month of June 2021 and still havent heard back from them.
