The app and doorbell lose connectivity all the time. Swipe to select all the videos to delete past records is impossible - it rarely works. Living on a busy street, there are a LOT of videos but the camera will stop recording if you don't delete old videos because the memory gets full. It should automatically archive past videos, or at least make it so you don't need to delete each vid one at a time. We called Telus for help, they walked us through fixing it, and the issues returned immediately.

The app doesnt open. Im outside my door and cannot deactivate the alarm. The technician set up the password to deactivate the alarm inside on the panel to 38... someghing I cant remember. Either this app opens up or Im going to have to call tech support and wait an hour. If I go in the arm will activate the noise sensor. I live in an apartment building where if you drop a pencil on the floor the neighbours underneath will hear it. Come on app open up!

This app doesn't work as intended. I get notifications that someone has rang my doorbell, open, and it hangs. So I close the app and re open to look at the camera, errors and won't load. By the time the camera actually opens whoever was at my door is gone. I have a broken leg and can't go to the door, but this app really helps me feel like I'm crippled.

Constant issues lately, can't open the app or the door bell keeps detecting motion when there's no one there!! Today it's gone off 30+ times. .. and the sensitivity is turned down ! Ready to scrap the app if it doesn't get fixex

My doorbell cam seems to work but the quality of the picture sucks. And the garage always losing the internet 3 hours on the phone with a technician and he couldn't figure it out so I had to get a tech to come and fix it and it still didn't record so I went down to Telus one of the guys that has a garage camera helped me figure it out instead of the tech. I think the sales people know more than the technician. Lol

This app has lots of problems. I finally got it to work when on the phone with technical support. After an hour tried it again, but keeps asking me to sign in, and I couldn't answer the ring.

the app almost never works properly. the cameras never load, the videos haven't been saving. the app gets progressively worse as time goes on. you always get signed out and sometimes you can't even sign back in so then your system is useless.

I have to unplug it like 1 or 2 every couple days for the door bell cam to work it faces a busy street so in a couple days it runs out of videos called in and I was on the phone for over a hour he didn't say this would take that long or even see if I was still on the line so I hung up oh he was going to put my videos way up there and that never happened not happy
